During this immersive sound bath, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and your breath. As you rest comfortably, the sounds help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for restoration, balance, and inner peace. No experience is necessary...simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive. What to Bring To help you feel as comfortable as possible during the session, please bring: • A yoga mat or comfortable pad to lie on • A blanket • A pillow for your head or under your knees (if desired) • An eye mask (optional) • Water to stay hydrated Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to get settled before we begin.
