Girls in Aviation Day 2026

The sixth annual Girls in Aviation Day event held by the Western Michigan University chapter of Women in Aviation International! The WMU chapter of Women in Aviation International is holding our sixth annual Girls in Aviation Day. Join us for a fun filled day flying plane simulators, touring real planes, and learning about the aviation industry! Registration fee includes a t-shirt, lunch, and a GIAD merchandise bag. Parents wishing to attend with students do not need to purchase a ticket, please limit to one parent per student for food planning purposes. Minors MUST be accompanied by a guardian. The event will be held at Western Michigan University’s College of Aviation in Battle Creek Michigan. Check-in starts at 9:30 am, the event will run from 10:00 am until 2:15 pm.
