During this photowalk, Linda Koolen from Sigma will take you into the world of street documentary photography. She’ll show you the difference between a nice street photo and an image that actually tells a story. In this informal yet inspiring workshop, you’ll learn to look more consciously at your surroundings, recognise meaningful moments and build a visual story within the dynamics of the city. Using practical examples and personal experiences, Linda will share her top tips on observation, composition, timing and capturing authentic human interactions. Together, you’ll explore the bustling streets of The Hague in search of the moments that give a story its power. Whether you’re just starting out in street photography or already have some experience, this workshop offers new insights and plenty of inspiration. About Linda Koolen Linda Koolen is a photographer, workshop leader and storyteller with a great passion for photography and sharing her knowledge. After completing her photography training in the Netherlands, she moved to London, where she worked in the photography industry for almost ten years. The dynamism of city life and the stories that unfold around us every day are a key source of inspiration for her work. In her current role at Sigma Benelux, she shares her knowledge and love of photography with photographers of all levels.
