World Cleanup Day 2026 Luxembourg

World Cleanup Day is the world's largest civic movement for a litter free world, over 139 million volunteers across 212 countries, all pushing toward the same goal. This edition we'll have the pleasure to welcome a special guest: MEP Martine Kemp. As every year, Clean Something For Nothing is joining forces with local organizations, in this case: Kehsia, Sembeza Africa, EU Climate Pact Ambassadors Luxembourg, L'Association Syrienne au Luxembourg asbl, Wecitizens, Europe Direct Luxembourg-Ville and other nonprofits in Luxembourg to bring the movement to life locally. Kirchberg, Luxembourg 🗺️ Open in Google Maps We'll be focusing on the lake and surrounding green spaces. All equipment provided (bring your own if you'd like!): 🧤 Gloves 👜 Trash bags 🦺 Yellow vests ⛏️ Litter pickers 💧 Drinking water Just bring your energy ⚡ and comfortable clothes. Open to all ages 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦; for participants under 16, please contact us in advance for a parental consent form. Easy to reach by bus, tram, or Veloh, and there's parking right next to the meeting point. Let's unite under one cause and show what community can do 💪 Registration is mandatory.
