The 5th edition of the Ewfonija Grand Operatic Concert The Ewfonija Grand Operatic Concert 2026 The 5th Edition of The Ewfonija Grand Operatic Concert will take place on Sunday, 4 October 2026, at 7:30 pm at Villa Fiorita, Gozo. Organised by Ewfonija under the musical direction of Mariella Spiteri Cefai, this annual concert marks the opening of Gozo's celebrated Opera Month. This year's programme showcases the splendour of the operatic orchestral and choral repertoire, featuring some of opera's most beloved overtures, choruses and orchestral masterpieces by Paisiello, Verdi, Giordano, Saint-Saëns, Vella and Bizet. Admission is free, but booking is required. Voluntary donations collected during the concert will support the Arka Foundation, helping it continue its invaluable work within the local community. The concert is proudly supported by the Ministry for Gozo, VisitMalta, APS Bank, and Attard & Co.
