Let's HangOut: GREEN-HOUSE Games

A climate games showdown for young people, with giant challenges, teamwork and a GREEN-HOUSE Festival 2027 booth for the winners. Let's HangOut: GREEN-HOUSE Games Think Hunger Games… but with giant games, climate chaos and zero actual danger. Part of the Youth x Climate series, co-organised by GREEN-HOUSE and Temasek Shophouse, Let’s HangOut brings young people together to meet, play, create and get moving on climate in ways that actually feel fun. This Halloween, we’re turning up the stakes with GREEN-HOUSE Games: a 3-hour showdown packed with giant games, creative challenges, climate quiz battles, unexpected teamwork and one final test you won’t see coming. Come with your crew, your school mates, or just come as you are. Flying solo? We’ll match you into a team on the day. You don’t need to be a climate expert. You just need to be curious, ready to play, and game enough to meet some new people along the way. What to expect Across five trials, teams will take on: • a larger-than-life Jenga showdown • a human slot machine challenge • creative team games • climate quiz battles • and one final test Each challenge will test a different mix of nerves, creativity, teamwork and climate smarts. Grand Prize 🏆 Win a FREE booth at GREEN-HOUSE Festival 2027 The winning team will receive a complimentary booth at GREEN-HOUSE Festival 2027 to create, showcase or sell something that helps advocate for a better planet. You don’t need to already have a business or project. The idea can come later. Participation Fee 🎟️ $10 per participant Your participation fee includes a free drink and a customisable GREEN-HOUSE keychain, where you can create your own name using alphabet charms made from recycled plastic. Think of it as your entry pass, your keepsake, and a small commitment to actually show up and play. Who is this for? Tertiary students, young adults and anyone curious about climate, creativity and meeting new people. Come with friends, come with a partial team, or come alone. We’ll help form teams on the day. No climate experience needed. Just bring your brains, guts and good vibes. Event Details Date: 31 October 2026 Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Venue: Temasek Shophouse Limited spots available.
