November Life Drawing Sessions — Day 2: Raise Your Bar

Strength, movement & gym energy. Expect sporty styling. resistance bands, towels, protein shakes & poses inspired by training & movement. This session takes the human figure out of stillness and into something more dynamic. Expect poses inspired by strength, training and physical movement, with the body captured through tension, balance, energy and repetition. Life Drawing Session Flow (10:00am–12:30pm) Please bring your own supplies/materials & arrive on time. Sessions start promptly at 10:00am. Latecomers will only be allowed to enter at 10:15am (grace timing) or during scheduled breaks to avoid disrupting poses. Warm-ups within the first 15 minutes may include a random mix of poses from a few seconds to a few minutes. Pose lengths may also be adjusted throughout the session based on the group’s pace, preferences and feedback.
