About this event

A masterclass builds empathy and avoids misunderstandings during daily interactions.

Full description from organizer

Master cultural intelligence to navigate daily interactions. Build empathy. Avoid misunderstandings. Connect across cultures confidently. Across cultures, between people: Understanding cultural differences in everyday interactions. Have you ever thought someone was being rude, distant or difficult — only to discover they simply saw the situation differently?A short reply feels cold. A polite “yes” turns out not to mean agreement. An invitation is declined, and you’re left wondering whether you said or did something wrong. We all interpret the world through our own experiences, expectations and cultural lens. What feels perfectly normal to us may be understood quite differently by someone else—and we too often assume our interpretation is the right one. The Cultural Intelligence Masterclass is an interactive, 2-hour workshop exploring how culture shapes the way we communicate, interpret behaviour, and connect with others. This isn't about memorising cultural dos and don'ts; it is about learning to approach unfamiliar interactions with profound openness and confidence. What You Will Master: • The Cultural Lens: Recognise how culture influences everyday behaviour, communication, and etiquette, and reflect on how your own lens shapes your assumptions. • Empathetic Interpretation: Learn to interpret real-life intercultural situations with greater awareness and empathy, allowing you to make sense of differences without jumping to conclusions. • Curiosity Over Judgement: Develop the framework to respond to cultural differences and unfamiliar behaviors with curiosity and openness, rather than judgement. Who Should Attend: This workshop is designed for professionals and individuals who interact with people from diverse cultural backgrounds—whether at work, while travelling, in social settings, or in everyday life. It is highly recommended for global team leaders, HR professionals, and client-facing executives. Event Details & Pricing: • Date: Wednesday, 18 November 2026 • Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM • Venue: Artyzen Hotel Singapore, Villa Marie Function Room • Early Bird Admission: $128 SGD • General Admission: $168 SGD • Corporate Group Pass (5 Pax): $500 SGD (Limited to 2 passes total—the ideal option for diverse teams and HR departments). Understanding people starts with recognising that our way isn't necessarily the only way. Secure your seat today.
