The two nights Night 1 — Build Your Webinar Thursday 29 October, 7:00PM–10:00PM The business model behind a webinar, then straight into building yours: your one-page blueprint, your signature framework, your three-minute opening, and slides that support you instead of speaking for you. The night closes with a five-minute mini-webinar in front of the room. Night 2 — Set Up, Present & Convert Friday 30 October, 7:00PM–10:00PM Delivery and conversion. Your full tech station built and tested live — Zoom, screen share, presenter view, lighting, audio, camera. Camera presence, voice and audience engagement. Then the part most people never practise: moving from teaching to offer, and building the offer itself. The structure you'll build it on Hook → Problem → Promise → Teach → Proof → Transformation → Offer → CTA Eight beats, in order. Every webinar you run afterwards uses the same spine.
