Ice Bathhouse is the perfect place to relax, recover, and recharge. Located in the vibrant Mont Kiara neighborhood, we combine hot and cold contrast therapy in a welcoming, modern environment. Guests enjoy full access to our ice plunge (5°C), cold pool (15°C), hot magnesium pool (42°C), traditional Finnish sauna, and recovery spaces. Bath towels and amenities are provided for your comfort. We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM (last entry at 11:30 PM). Walk-ins are welcome.
