Murph for Minds 2026

Join us for Murph for Minds 2026, where we'll sweat it out for a good cause and support mental health awareness together! More info below. WHAT’S GOING DOWN? On 7 November, Kuala Lumpur's fitness community comes together for Murph for Minds 2026, taking on the iconic Murph workout across 6 gyms in the city to raise awareness for mental health. This year, 11 athletes from multiple gyms across KL will attempt 6 rounds of Murph over 24 hours, moving from gym to gym to raise funds for the Selangor Mental Health Association (SMHA) and support their work in mental health care, advocacy and community support. We're proud to run alongside our friends in Singapore, where Aidan Chemaly, RagTag and 13 gyms islandwide are taking on the same challenge for Samaritans of Singapore. Two cities with the same cause! WHO CAN JOIN? Everyone! Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just looking to sweat it out for a good cause, you’re welcome. Take it on solo and attempt it as prescribed or scaled down, or team up with a friend and share the reps. HOW MUCH IS ENTRY? RM80 per session (plus RM3.99 Eventbrite admin fee). All proceeds go directly to the Selangor Mental Health Association (SMHA). Secure your spot via Eventbrite today. Slots are limited, so don't wait! WHEN AND WHERE?
