Here, you are allowed to come tired, overwhelmed, lost, uncertain, depressed and even suicidal. We are opening ourselves to our own wamth; Holding conversations, safe space moments, playing games, sharing art, exchanging hugs and smiles. The aim is to come and leave whole and light. We Journal and reflect on the extent we get to this point afterwards. It is a potluck styled picnic and just requires a thousand naira park entry fee. register; bit.ly/breatheeeee
