Hey She walks - Mindful mornings

We begin with a short meditation to arrive and settle. Then, we walk mindfully together, exploring small mindfulness practices like noticing sound, texture, breath, and the changes in nature around us. Each walk has its own unique intention and practices, designed to leave you with more energy, a clearer head, and space to think. No experience in meditation or walking practice is needed - just come as you are! Practical info: Wear shoes you can walk in and clothes for the weather. Paths can be muddy, and we walk rain or shine. We start and finish on time. Group size is limited to 15. Meet your guide: Hi, I’m Verena.
