Recovery Sound Bath

Chill out and recharge with soothing vibes and healing sounds in this relaxing in-person session. Dear you, Did you have a blast at one or more of the amazing dance parties at ADE this weekend? And are you now looking for a little less bass and a little more grounding? Then this space might be for you. After years of playing classical flute, music has gradually become a much bigger part of my holistic work. Along the way, other instruments found their way into my practice: native American flute, guitar, singing bowls, gong and voice. For this Recovery Sound Bath, I’ll bring these sounds together into a slow, spacious experience designed to help you pause, settle and reconnect with yourself after a full weekend. Think less *another event* and more *landing back in your body*. Come as you are, and give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing for a while. **Practical information** Sunday 25 October 11:30 @ Healing People, Amsterdam Noord Bring your most cozy, fluffy & layered outfit and EYEMASK If you like to journal afterwards, you may bring your journal.
