Join me for the final walk of The Autumn Forest Journey—a series of three guided forest bathing walks from October to December. You can join one walk or experience the full Autumn Forest Journey from October to December. As late autumn arrives, the forest enters a time of transition. The trees have released their leaves, the landscape becomes quieter, and nature invites us to notice the beauty of slowing down and turning our attention towards the small details. During this walk, we will explore the theme of gathering light—taking time to notice moments of brightness, warmth, and connection in the natural world and within ourselves. Through a gentle walk, invitations to connect with our senses, and moments of silence, you’ll have the opportunity to be present with yourself and the forest. This is not a hike or a meditation class. It is a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply be present with the forest. During the walk, we will: 🌿 Walk slowly and mindfully through the forest 🌿 Pause to notice sounds, colours, textures, and seasonal changes 🌿 Spend time in quiet reflection and connection with nature 🌿Allow the forest to guide our attention and curiosity The walk lasts approximately 1.5 hours and covers no more than 1.5 km. There is plenty of time to pause, rest, and take in the surroundings. I am a certified forest therapy guide trained by Forest Therapy Hub. You don’t need to be fit or “good at meditation”—only curious and willing to slow down. At the end of the walk, we will have time to share our experiences and enjoy a warm cup of tea together with the group.
