HR After Hours | Draw Your Own Cartoons

A different kind of HR community event by Personio x WorkWonder Forget awkward networking drinks and another panel discussion. Personio x WorkWonder are bringing HR & People leaders together to actually do something. For this edition of HR After Hours, we're taking over the Personio Amsterdam office for an afternoon of creativity, connection, drinks and new ideas. You'll meet a curated group of fellow HR, People & Culture leaders while experiencing a hands-on workshop you might actually want to bring back to your own team. ✏️ What we'll do Draw Your Own Cartoons with Loko Cartoons You don't need to be able to draw. In this interactive workshop, Loko Cartoons will show you what makes a cartoon work — from drawing faces, characters and emotions to turning ideas into visual stories. But it's about more than drawing. You'll discover how visual communication can make complex ideas easier to understand, spark conversations and bring serious workplace topics to life in a playful way. You'll put this into practice by creating your own cartoon around a theme, combining creativity, humour and storytelling. Expect fresh perspectives, a few laughs and probably some drawings you didn't know you were capable of. Why join? 🤝 Meet fellow People leaders — without forced networking or name-tag small talk. ✏️ Try something genuinely different — get creative, have fun and surprise yourself. No drawing experience required. 💡 Take home a new way to communicate — discover how simple visuals can help teams express ideas, explore challenges and make important messages more engaging. 🥂 Stay for drinks & conversations at Personio afterwards. Come as an HR leader. Experience it as a team member. Leave with ideas for your own people. This is part of the recurring Personio x WorkWonder HR Community Experience Series, with a different experience every edition.
