IGNITE YOUR INNER SUN

In the middle of our busy lives and the transitioning seasons, it can be surprisingly easy to lose touch with our bodies, our intuition, our energy and the voice inside that tells us what we actually need. We all have something within us that feels alive. Our warmth. Our intuition. Our creativity. Our energy. Our ability to connect. Sometimes life gets loud enough that we lose touch with it. Ignite Your Inner Sun is an invitation to remember that your light hasn't disappeared. Maybe it has simply been covered by stress, expectations, exhaustion, disconnection or everything you've been carrying. This workshop creates space to gently meet yourself again. We carefully combined the practice of guided meditation, somatic movement and yoga to create a three-hour women-only journey created as a space to pause. To breathe. To feel. To move. To release. And to reconnect with the light that is already within you. What will we experience? We’ll be gathering at NIO House Amsterdam, a beautiful space in the heart of the city, with a view over the Amsterdam canals. In this beautiful setting, we’ll move through a journey of slowing down and reconnecting that will involve: ☀️Opening & Grounding ☀️Guided Meditation ☀️Somatic Release ☀️Solar Yoga Flow ☀️Integration & Closing Ritual Is this for you? This workshop is for women who feel the need to pause, reconnect with themselves and create more space for their own wellbeing. No previous yoga or somatic experience? You don’t need that. You simply need to be curious about reconnecting with yourself. Just come as you are. What is somatic practice? Somatic practices invite us to pay attention to the body as a source of information. Instead of only thinking about how we feel, we begin to notice how we feel. Through gentle movement and awareness, we'll explore ways of reconnecting with the body, releasing tension and creating more space to feel and respond. You don't need to bring any previous experience, special equipment or the “right” mindset. Just bring yourself, an open mind and a little curiosity about what might unfold. Meet the facillitators Ignite Your Inner Sun was created by Kasia and Julia, bringing together two complementary perspectives on the body, movement and self-connection. Kasia brings a body-oriented and psychological perspective to the experience. She guides the somatic practices, self-reflection and ritual, creating a space to slow down and reconnect with the within. Julia guides the yoga and movement elements of the workshop, creating practices that support presence, openness, energy and a deeper connection with the body.
