Meditation afternoons at the Smiles Health Center

On 12 September and 24 October we will meditate and learn Buddhist wisdom in The Hague, in the Smiles Health Center. On 12 September and 24 October we will meditate in The Hague, in the Smiles Health Center. The teacher, Lp Sander, will guide the meditation and give a talk. There is plenty of opportunity to ask questions or share your experience. The sessions are free of charge, but you can make a contribution. The guided meditation is Dhammakaya Meditation. The Dhamma talk on 12 September will be about “How Do We Deal With Anger?” On 24 October the topic will be “The Realistic Optimist”. The sessions are also easy to follow for newcomers who haven’t meditated before.
