Inspired by the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Eastern Reset – Letting Go is an intimate 90-minute experience combining acupuncture, guided meditation, and a meaningful letting-go ritual. An invitation to step away from everyday demands, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself. What to expect 🍂 Acupuncture for relaxation Experience acupuncture designed to support relaxation and balance. Not comfortable with needles? Gentle acupressure seeds are available as an alternative. 🧘 Guided meditation Lie back, close your eyes, and allow yourself to slow down during a calming guided meditation accompanied by soft music. 🍵 Reflection, tea & a letting-go ritual Take a moment to reflect over tea and receive a personal ritual to complete at home. Who is this experience for? Whether you're navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, holding on to something from the past, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this experience is for you. You don't need any experience with acupuncture or meditation. Come alone or bring a friend. Everyone is welcome. And most importantly, you don't need to know exactly what you're ready to let go of.
