Can't touch your toes? Welcome. Can touch your toes? Also welcome. We're Annabel and Sabou, two friends who met in India during our yoga teacher training. Somewhere between our daily practice, conversations and shared experiences, the idea for togather was born. For us, yoga is also about gathering. Bringing people together through movement, sharing space and making room for new connections. Yoga isn't just for the flexible, the strong or the people who already know what they're doing. It's for every body, every age, every gender and every kind of mood. It's not about where you start, but what you discover along the way. Our classes are a chance to move, breathe, slow down and spend some time with yourself and others. No pressure to get into the perfect pose or clear your mind completely. Come as you are and do what feels right for you. Our classes are donation-based, with a recommended contribution of 10–15 euros, depending on what feels right for you and your circumstances.
