Unspoken: An Embodied Performance & Voice Lab

This 3-hour performative lab invites you into pre-verbal space: using movement and non-verbal sound as core tools for communication and collective creation. Together, we will move through: • Somatic grounding and breath: Shifting focus away from everyday habits and into deep body awareness. • Presence and space: Exploring individual and group physical dynamics through performative movement. • Vocal resonance and tone: Introducing breath and voice to deepen intuitive listening between bodies. • Collective improvisation: Synthesizing these tools to co-create an unscripted, spontaneous performance scene. Whether you are a performer, mover, or curious explorer, this space is open to all experience levels. Voluntary contribution: suggested 10–15 euros What to bring: Water and comfortable clothes to move in. We work barefoot (or feel free to bring non-slip socks / clean indoor shoes).
