Book Club: Recommend a book

Bring a book you recently loved, tell us why you recommend it, and discover new reads while meeting fellow literature lovers. Are you passionate about books, literature, stories and the endless feeling of finding a book you simply have to recommend to someone else? Join us for the very first meeting of our Book Club: a relaxed evening for anyone who loves to read and wants to connect with other people who feel the same. For this first gathering, there’s no set book to read and no reading list to prepare. Instead, we want to get to know each other, talk about what we love to read and discover new books through each other. Bring along a book you’ve read recently that you really enjoyed, loved, or simply can’t stop thinking about. Tell us what made it special, what you liked about it, and why you think someone else should read it too. It can be a novel, poetry collection, memoir, short stories, a classic, something contemporary, anything that sparked something in you. If you’re curious about literature and excited to share and discover stories, you’re very welcome. We’ll use this first meeting to get to know each other, exchange recommendations and ideas, and start shaping what we want the Book Club to become , from future reads and discussions to the kind of literary community we want to create together. So bring your favourite recent read, your curiosity, and your enthusiasm for books. You might just leave with a whole new reading list.
