Christmas Edition Walking Tour | Sittard-Geleen Welcome Activity

Join Lizette Colaris' Christmas edition walking tour! Our local guide Lizette Colaris organizes monthly walking tours in Sittard and the surrounding area. Expats and internationals are kindly invited to join these walking tours (called "Wandelen met Intentie" in Dutch; her tours are also announced on the corresponding Facebook page). In December, her walking tour naturally takes on a Christmas theme! On Saturday, December 19, we’ll meet at 1:00 p.m. at Lizette and Maurice’s home for a glass of mulled wine or hot chocolate with Christmas cookies. Ugly Christmas sweaters ("foute Kersttruien") are mandatory! Afterwards, we’ll head out for a walk on the Kollenberg, covering a route of 8 to 10 kilometres. We expect to return to the centre of Sittard at around 3:30–4:00 p.m., where the festive Christmas atmosphere will be perfect for spending some time together at the Christmas Market! This walk is free of charge and open to everyone. The starting address will be shared with participants after they have registered. Everyone is welcome, and we're really looking forward to having you join us!
