Letterspace Glyphs Workshop (3) Hinting PS & TTF

Learn the dark art of font hinting from an expert. While autohinting might be good enough for some fonts, setting alignment zones and manually adding or correcting hints can be crucial for how a font appears on screen or in low-resolution printing (such as Risography). The hinting tutorials on Glyphsapp.com are very comprehensive, but the basics can be covered in just a few hours. — Info & Location — All workshops will be hosted and led by the Letterspace team, whose members have up to 20 years of experience in type design.
