Sound Healing for Practitioners: Level 1 | 3 days

This 3-day introductory training is open to beginners — no musical education or previous experience is required. It is also designed for yoga teachers, therapists, bodyworkers, musicians, and anyone who wants to incorporate sound into their professional or personal practice. You’ll explore sound, vibration, rhythm and frequency; learn to work with crystal singing bowls and complementary instruments; and discover the basics of harmony, tone and resonance. A strong focus is placed on facilitation, session structure, creating a supportive space, and leading individual and group sound experiences. The training is highly practical, with exercises, guided practice, individual feedback and opportunities to develop your own authentic approach.
