As a manager, you don’t get to opt out of it, you only get to decide how you (and your team) respond. In this session, built together with comedian Stacey Smith, you’ll learn the difference between bouncing back (surviving a setback) and bouncing forward (anti-fragility, getting better because of the disruption, not despite it). During this 3-hour session, you’ll use improv and play to practice staying grounded when things go sideways. Spotting what’s actually in your control and turning a rough update into something your team can actually hear.
