A Journey Into Rest

A Live Immersive Sound & Vocal Experience An invitation to slow down, soften and simply receive. When was the last time you gave yourself permission to do absolutely nothing? To step away from the demands of everyday life, the constant thinking, planning, caring and doing — and simply allow yourself to be? Join us for a beautiful afternoon dedicated to rest, nervous system care and reconnection through the immersive experience of live sound, voice and stillness. So much of our lives can be spent in a state of doing, responding and holding everything together. Over time, we may not even notice how much tension we're carrying or how difficult it has become to truly relax. This journey is an invitation to gently shift out of that constant doing and create space for your body and mind to settle. There is nothing you need to achieve, nothing you need to fix and nowhere else you need to be. Come exactly as you are. We offer a sliding-scale contribution to make this experience more accessible. Please choose an amount within this range that feels comfortable and supportive of your circumstances.
