Join us for a vibrant day of culture, creativity, music and family fun ! • Stage Performance and have-a-go sessions: • 10am and 10:30am Contemporary Chinese Dance • 10:45 Chinese Waist Drumming • 11:10 Peking Opera Group • 11:45 Siva Afi Workshop (Bookings advised) • 1pm African Drumming (Bookings advised) • Activities and workshops • 10am Spanish story time • 10am - 2pm Henna Painting • 10am - 2pm Community Quilt: Help create an online quilt made by the community • 10am - 2pm Community Mural: Create your own portrait and join our community • 11:30 - 12pm Tea Ceremony • 11am - 12pm Food Safari: A taste of Afghan cuisine • 11am - 1pm Fijian Masi Making • 3pm - 4pm Nature Rangoli for age 5+ in Botany Library/ bookings done through them FREE EVENT | ALL WELCOME The Celebrating Culture Pop-Up is proudly delivered by Arts Out East a Te Tuhi programme, generously funded by the Howick Local Board and supported by Botany Town Centre.
