Enjoy a beautiful Tai Chi performance by an experienced group The Botany Chinese Association, then step in and learn the basics yourself. Participants will be invited to join the group for a gentle, guided introduction to Tai Chi, exploring its flowing movements, balance, and mindfulness in a welcoming and inclusive environment. No experience is necessary, and all ages and abilities are welcome.
