Chatty Café NZ is a simple kaupapa with a big impact — we place a table in cafés across the motu where anyone can turn up for a kōrero, no booking needed and no one drinking alone. Whether you're new to the area, retired and missing the daily chats that came with work, a parent craving adult conversation, or just want to meet some friendly faces over a coffee — this table is for you. If you've been feeling a bit isolated, or you know someone who has, join us! Manaakitanga starts with pulling up a chair for someone else.
