Purpose of the workshop This workshop supports community organisations to explore sustainable ways to generate income and strengthen long‑term resilience. We'll look at social enterprise as a business model - what it is, and where to start. Sharing tools and resources built from a kaupapa lens. Come along to hear more about pathways to financial sustainability, and to workshop your ideas together. What participants will come away with • An overview of the shift in the funding landscape towards social enterprise - and what it means for your organisation • The tools and resources to start or reimagine your organisation for financial sustainability • Ideas and templates for creating new offerings and partnerships Who this workshop is for: • This workshop is for Pacific community organisations, emerging groups, informal or non-legal organisations, and small organisations across South Auckland. Notes: • Workshop content, including presentations and discussions, remains the intellectual property of the presenter and/or ANCAD.
