From Chatbots to AI Agents: New Tools for Your Business

Professor Malcolm Wright and AI & Automation expert Skene Bennellick will present the latest insights. AI is moving beyond chatbots that simply answer questions. A new generation of AI “agents” can carry out tasks, use tools, make decisions and work with other AI agents to get things done. In this session, we’ll explore what AI agents are, how they differ from familiar tools such as ChatGPT, and where they could add real value in business. Most importantly, we’ll ask what this means for your business: What work can you realistically delegate to AI now, what might be possible next—and how far are we from a future in which a team of AI agents could help run a business?
