Practical one-day workshop for trustees of Māori land trusts, marae and charities. Know your duties and how to apply them. Lead with confidence. Governance Fundamentals is a one-day, in-person workshop for trustees. It's practical, in plain language and grounded in kaupapa Māori. You'll work through real situations from Māori trusts and marae, not theory.
