This will be a light-hearted space for your mind, body and whole system to relax, unwind and restore, tuning in to the restorative quality of your child-like heart. Close your eyes in a candlelit room filled with healing, harmonising, resonating sounds. Re-emerge feeling settled, calm and present, with a deep sense of peace and wellbeing within. *** 15 spaces available. Please register in advance to reserve your place. Look forward to sharing this special evening with you. Event Details • 7:00pm: Arrive and settle in. • 7:15pm: Short welcome and introduction. Sound Bath starts with a relaxing guided meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of harmonising quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids. Part way through I will walk around the room with the Crystal Pyramids providing harmonisations for each person individually. You are welcome to lie down, sit, or be in whatever position feels comfortable for you. This is your space to restore, in tune with you, in tune with your body. • 8:15-8:30pm: Sound Bath concludes with gentle reintegration time. The room will be candlelit and cosy. Please Bring: • Yoga mat or other cushioned mat • Blanket to keep you cosy • Cushion or pillow for under your head and/or knees • Wear comfortable warm clothing and socks • Water or drink of choice for your journey home 💧 Your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are with any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key. Parking Plenty of free parking available in the venue carpark. Come through the gate, and once inside you’ll find us upstairs. What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a meditative-like experience where you don’t need to do anything other than be in a comfortable position as your mind, body and whole system is “bathed” in harmonising sounds. The sound vibrations from quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids have a particularly harmonising effect on your mind and body, lulling you in to deep states of relaxation and restoration similar to deep sleep, cranial treatments or meditation. I practice as a Craniosacral Osteopath in Clevedon and Grey Lynn, host Sound Baths and offer Healing Sessions via Zoom, Phone or Messaging using Mind-Body practices, Heart coherence, guidance in tuning in to the body, it’s restorative processes and harmonising energy flows. Built on 15+years in osteopathic practice, which has expanded to mind-body energy healing, with a long time love of meditation, yoga, intuitive movement, dance, nature and water flows, A heart-centered, harmonising space for you and your body to relax, unwind and recharge.
