🗽 This November, Meat Free Mondays is heading to The Big Apple for a plant-based Thanksgiving feast! 🍂 Join us as native New Yorker and plant-based chef Leah brings a taste of home to the table with a delicious, sustainable Thanksgiving feast, complete with all the trimmings! Think plant-based turkey, creamy mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potato, rich gravy, corn, green beans with almonds, and authentic pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Is your mouth watering yet? Trained as a plant-based chef in Ecuador, Leah has a special tradition of cooking a Thanksgiving feast for her friends wherever in the world she finds herself at this time of year.
