Operating Model Makeover Large members workshop Your strategy is only as good as the organisation that delivers it. Most leadership teams put serious time into designing a winning strategy. Far fewer put the same care into designing the company that has to make that strategy happen. Then AI changes how work actually gets done — and an operating model built for last year’s plan can start to show the strain: decisions stall, handoffs multiply and good strategy doesn’t get executed. This hands-on workshop gives you and your leadership colleagues a morning to work on your own operating model. Led by organisation design specialist Ken Brophy (AlignOrg and K3) and David Clearwater (KiwiSaaS), you’ll move quickly from the theory to practical application. After a short refresher on the ideas explored in June’s Redesigning Organisations for the Age of AI workshop, your team will work together at your own table. You’ll use structured prompts and get expert input as you assess what needs to change. You’ll also identify practical first moves to take back to your team. What we’ll cover • A short recap of the key organisation-design ideas from June, so you can take part whether or not you attended • Where your current operating model helps (or gets in the way of) your strategy • What a better-designed version of your company could look like in an AI-enabled world • The practical changes worth tackling first when you get back to the team Who should attend? This workshop is for senior leaders who have the context and authority to reshape how their company runs, including CEOs, COOs, CPOs, Heads of People & Culture and Chiefs of Staff.
