🌅 OSHO KUNDALINI MEDITATION 🌅 Release tension • Awaken vitality • Sink into stillness 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐠𝐨. Have you ever tried a meditation where you shake your body, dance freely, and then simply sit in silence? 𝐎𝐬𝐡𝐨 𝐊𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is a one-hour active meditation accompanied by specially composed music, traditionally practised in the late afternoon or evening. It is designed to help you unwind, release accumulated tension, reconnect with your body, and gradually settle into deep relaxation and awareness. In everyday life, we spend so much time thinking, planning, and trying to keep everything under control that we can lose touch with our bodies and what we feel within them. This meditation takes a different approach. 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐨, 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭. The movement melts what has been held too tightly. The silence arrives on its own. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬: 🌊 Shaking 💃 Dancing 🧘 Stillness (sitting or standing) 🌙 Relaxation (lying down in silence) Each stage lasts 15 minutes, making the entire practice one hour long. Specially composed music accompanies the first three stages, while the final relaxation takes place in silence. Unlike traditional seated meditation, this practice begins with movement and gradually guides you towards stillness. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐨, 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝. 🌿𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐈𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫? This meditation may be for you if you: - Feel stressed, tense, or mentally overloaded - Spend a lot of time in your head and want to reconnect with your body - Find it difficult to sit still and meditate - Want to release the tension accumulated throughout the day - Feel the need to unwind and recharge your energy - Want to reconnect with your vitality, spontaneity, and joy - Are curious about exploring meditation through movement rather than stillness alone 🔸 𝐍𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝! 🌟 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 - Stress relief and relaxation - Release of physical tension - Increased energy and vitality - Greater body awareness - Emotional balance and spontaneous expression - Mental clarity and a stronger connection to the present moment - Deep relaxation and inner stillness - A sense of lightness, bliss, and joy 🌀 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 Osho Kundalini Meditation is one of the active meditation methods developed by Osho, the Indian spiritual teacher whose practices explore the relationship between the body, mind, energy, and awareness. In yogic and Tantric traditions, Kundalini refers to a subtle creative life force energy traditionally described as dormant within the body and symbolised by a coiled serpent at the base of the spine. Through shaking and dancing, we invite the body to loosen up, release tension, and bring the flow of positive energy into our being. As movement gives way to stillness and silence, we create space for deeper relaxation, awareness, and connection with ourselves. This can open the door to a sense of bliss and joy, although everyone's experience is different. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞. ❗️ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐬 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫 • Severe heart conditions or high blood pressure • Cancer or serious physical illness • Pregnancy • Severe mental health conditions or PTSD • Those seeking a calm, seated meditation • Participants under 20 years old ⚠️ 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞 - This meditation includes 15 minutes of shaking and 15 minutes of free dancing. - You are encouraged to respect your body and adapt the movements to your own physical limits. - Shaking should be natural rather than forced.
