Performance Mindset Coaching Conference

The conference focuses on the critical role of mindset and psychology in performance and personal growth. Attendees will hear from some of New Zealand’s elite athletes, coaches and leading practitioners, who will share insights and experiences on how the integration of mental skills have shaped their journeys. Participants will gain practical, foundational tools while also hearing powerful lived experiences that highlight where true success lies in the mental game. This event is designed for: • Club coaches • Premier school coaches • National coaches • Mental skills/Psychology practitioners • Performance staff and those involved in athlete development The conference will be held at the Centennial Theatre at Auckland Grammar School on Saturday the 10th of October. Speakers include Sarah Cowley-Ross, Richie McCaw, Jay Carter, David Galbraith, Kylie Wilson, Mariane Wray and more to be announced, including an Elite athlete panel. Lunch is included in the ticket price.
