Red Tent Circle, Dreams

Magic happens when women come together. The Red Tent is a space for authenticity and connection. A space where we drop the mask, speak from the heart, and gather with other women who are also seeking meaning and real connection. Did you know that everybody dreams every night? Dreams have made major contributions to healing, spirituality, psychology, science, and all the creative arts. This month, I’m delighted to welcome Lyn Preston as our guest speaker. Lyn specialises in Gestalt Therapy. Lyn frequently incorporates dream interpretation as a powerful tool for uncovering present-moment insights and fostering personal growth. We will hold ceremony to heal our relationship to the divine mother Earth and the female lineage to return to the wholeness of the divine feminine. The circle is slow, simple, and non-hierarchical, honouring the participants. Through guided heart-centred awareness, reflective prompts, and shared breath, attendees are invited to reconnect with themselves, with those around them, and with the natural world, leaving with a felt sense of love, ease, and connection.
