Sound Bath starts with a guided meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of quartz crystal sound bowls, pyramids and gongs. You are welcome to lie down, sit, or be in whatever position feels comfortable. • 6:15pm: Sound Bath concludes with a short reconnecting meditation. The room will be warm and candlelit. Please Bring: • Yoga mat (you’re also welcome to sit on a couch or chair at the back) • Pillow or cushion for your head • Blanket • Wear comfortable warm clothing, socks if you need • Water or drink of choice for your journey home 💧 Your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are with any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key. The pure tones and vibrations of crystal sound bowls and resonating instruments create an immersive sound and felt vibration that fills the room… This connects with your mind and body on a cellular level and invites us into deep states of relaxation similar to meditation, REM sleep or craniosacral treatment.
