Retreat to Receive

So much of the year is spent moving, doing and responding, and the festive season asks even more of us. Retreat to Receive is your invitation to pause. Through yoga, meditation, sound, reiki and guided reflection, you'll have space to listen inwards, notice what you're carrying and let go of what you're ready to release. Nothing to fix nothing to achieve. To simply just be. Many of us are more practised at giving than receiving. here you are invited to soften, rest and be nourished without having to earn it. Held by the land, the breath and the community around you. When we create inner space to receive, we in-turn have more to give. From a rested, grounded place, giving feels more present and generous. Less feeling of obligation and more from a place of abundance. Come and fill your cup before the festive season begins. Leave replenished, clear, calm and able to meet the weeks ahead of family, connection, relaxation and celebration with an open heart.
