About Gavin Doyle Gavin Doyle is a highly acclaimed, Dublin-born Executive Chef renowned for his work across top-tier dining establishments in Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. For more than 16 years, Gavin Doyle has helped shape New Zealand’s modern dining landscape. Today he serves as Group Executive Chef for Foley Hospitality, overseeing a portfolio of restaurants that stretches from Auckland to Wellington and Queenstown. About Giapo Gianpaolo (Giapo) Grazioli is an Italian-born chef, food scientist, and entrepreneur who completely redefined the global ice cream industry. Alongside his wife, Annarosa Petrucci, he co-founded Giapo Ice Cream in Auckland, transforming a traditional dessert into a high-art, multi-sensory experience.
