Step into Presence — Free walk, mostly weekly, 9.05am Fridays, Maungakiekie

For women in the in-between: when the caregiving role loosens and you come back into focus. Here’s an opportunity to come back to yourself - through nature, practical practices, and supportive connection. A 50-minute group walk with a simple practice at the beginning and intention setting at the end. Take the practice into your walk and life. Take the intention into your week. These walks are free and on most Fridays during school term time. On some Fridays Chanel may be absent due to running a full day walk and workshops. You can still meet as a group if you choose to. You can sign up by emailing Chanel on [email protected] and share your mobile number details for inclusion in a WhatsApp group for all members interested in the walk. Chanel will use WhatsApp to communicate when she is or isn't walking. Meeting up details will also be given via the WhatsApp group.
