The Elite Community - Kolmar Morning Team

The Elite Community Where Local Leaders Come to Invest in Their Communities Welcome to The Elite Community We’re a values driven, high performance collective of business owners, professionals and leaders committed to growing together through relationships, leadership and contribution. At The Elite Community, business is just the doorway & relationships are the destination. Each week, local leaders meet at Kolmar Community Centre to connect, learn and grow. Investing not only in their businesses but also in the community around them. If you’re a purpose driven business owner who values trust, collaboration and genuine connection; this is for you. What to Expect Our weekly meetings follow The Elite Flow — a structured, energising rhythm designed to build leaders, spark conversations and strengthen the community. You’ll experience: • Warm Connections: Be greeted by our Community Host and introduced to local partners. • Meaningful Introductions: Hear from business owners who lead with purpose and heart. • The Growth Huddle: A 15-minute shared learning discussion focused on leadership and sustainable growth. • Partner Wisdom: Real stories and insights from experienced business owners. • The Fire Hat Award: Recognition of someone who’s truly embodied our guiding principles. • Collaboration Circle: Celebrating contributions, connections and community wins. Every moment is intentional — designed to help you connect, learn and grow. Why It Matters We believe strong businesses build strong communities.
