The Next Move Is Yours Summit 2027: The Power of Influence

A premium self development day for leaders in business. Building on the resounding success of our 2026 summit, The Next Move is Yours 2027 returns as an unmissable, high-impact forum for senior leaders and ambitious professionals. Now inviting both women and men to our next summit. There is a difference between having authority, the title, expertise, experience... and having influence. Noa Sheer, advisor to top tier companies on Negotiation Strategy, invites three globally recognised experts in Influence to share their insights and break influence into its components. In this full day premium professional development event, you will hear from these experts, engage them with your questions, and undertake a workshop in influence building. What makes some people consistently influential while others struggle to move decisions forward? Is influence an instinct, a personal quality or an art that cannot easily be explained? Or is it a capability that can be understood, developed and applied with intention? This Next Move Is Yours summit will examine the psychology and practice of influence, exploring what shapes our ability to move people, build alignment and affect decisions without relying on authority alone. Through research, practical insight and discussion, we will challenge familiar assumptions about influence and consider what it takes to develop it as a deliberate leadership capability. This year, we delve into the art and mystique of persuasion and influence, equipping you with high-level negotiation insight, actionable frameworks, and a skill-building workshop to achieve this for you.
