Women in Communications and Media Panel

Join CMS, AUSA, and the WRO for a Women in Communications and Media Panel to hear from those working in the industry and their perspectives. Women in Communications and Media Panel Join CMS, AUSA, and the Women's Rights Officer for an exciting discussion of the experiences of women in Communications and Media. You'll hear from a former MP, a current praciticing journalist, and an Associate Professor from the University. The panel discussion will range from questions on their experiences in their respective fields with the discussion exploring women's career pathways in the industry, developing communication and storytelling skills, building professional confidence, and navigating the experiences and challenges women may encounter throughout their careers. At the conclusion of the event there were be food and drinks for everyone to enjoy. Please note that panelists may change depending on availability and more may be added closer to the event. Venue: B201-440 (Arts building) The panel will begin at 6:30pm, however we encourage attendees to arrive from 6:20pm.
