Women’s Circle & Creative Play Invitation

Creative play and community are important aspects of preventing mental distress and ensuring holistic wellness in adults - yet many of us don’t make enough time and space for it. Women’s circles hold their own magic, with these combined, we have an event intended to allow time and space for you to unwind, release/transmute and fill your cup. We invite you to join us to connect to yourself and find more embodiment through our creative play invitations. We will have at our disposal a bunch of various resources and mediums available and some encouragement and guidance available along the way. Art is therapy but art therapy as a modality can be limited in application; for us, art is a way to connect to self, source and find playful surrender and exploration. This isn’t a painting class or step by step instruction- we encourage letting go of perfectionism or overly focusing on an end product-this is an experience. One you have to get amongst to feel the energy shifts you have available right at the end of your fingertips. We will begin with cacao ceremony and oracle cards with our women’s circle, then movement meditation and short breath-work practise to help get us out of our heads. After some parallel play activities there will be some free time to choose what you might want to explore more of and resources available to do so. You will have a chance to be able to make something to take home and we hope to inspire you to find other projects or practices you hope to explore in the future. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements, tea and treats and all required materials will be provided. We will visit Palm Springs mineral hot pools afterwards, please bring along togs and towels if you would like to join us. We have some discounted entry’s available but please note, this is an additional charge and entirely optional if you would like to join.
