You may find yourself drifting weightlessly through clouds beneath endless skies, wandering through ancient forests filled with soft sunlight, resting beside quiet oceans, exploring hidden gardens, or travelling through landscapes created by your own imagination. Alongside the sounds, a guided visualisation will invite you inward, allowing your mind to explore symbolic worlds. Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure we can settle in and start on time What to Expect Think soft candlelit ambience, comfortable mats, blankets + yoga bolsters, and a space designed for you to fully switch off. You'll be invited to get comfortable lying down before you're guided through the sound journey. We'll close the session gently, leaving space to return slowly and integrate the experience before stepping back into the night. How does this work? Crystal bowls create resonant frequencies that ripple through the body. The repetitive, flowing nature of sound can help quiet the mind and support the nervous system in moving away from stress.
