FREE CHAIR YOGA @ HE WAKA TAPU. WHEN: EVERY TUESDAY WHERE: HE WAKA TAPU BUILDING (161 PAGES ROAD WAINONI) TIME: 3:30 TIL 4:30 PARKING: COWELS STADIUM OR NEARBY STREETS. FREE FOR COMMUNITY. Come along to learn chair-based movements to help improve your strength, flexibility and mobility, alongside mindfulness techniques to calm your mind and body. Run by a qualified yoga teacher for all bodies and abilities. No experience needed - just show up wearing comfortable clothes. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
