Getting My Snob Out in Public (Work in Progress)

A Work in Progress comedy show presented by Simon Kingsley Holmes Simon Kingsley-Holmes likes arthouse films because he’s an elitist who doesn’t care about normal people. Simon Kingsley-Holmes likes the Minions even though he really should be above that sort of thing. Simon Kingsley-Holmes is sick of your pretentious bullshit. What is snobbery, really? Who are the snobs nowadays? And will we ever hear the end of the fffucking 80s?! As we continue to flail in the quicksand of modern culture, perhaps, like fighting in pubs, there’s a very cautious argument for bringing back a soupçon* of old school snobbery. Whether its the outrage surrounding The Odyssey, class prejudice, tooth fairies, pipe-smoking or posh custard, Simon Kingsley-Holmes intends to see if it’s possible to sneer without hatred and accept other points of view without acting like a two-faced, simpering dork. So, come along and laugh lots otherwise you’re stupid and/or stuck-up and I hate you! *Clevor word. You won’t get it."
